Plant has the most modern machines ensuring high efficiency andquality. A wide variety of machines and equipment enables to carryout the manufacturing of all types of towers and other alliedstructures efficiently. All processes i.e. cutting to length,punching, drilling, etc., are done in SPMs with CNCs, and PLCswhich are compatible with CAD thus providing high rate ofproduction. Plant has well qualified and experienced engineers,expert fabricators and workforce to achieve schedule targetsthrough careful planning
Quality Control & Testing
Customer’s complete satisfaction is our goal. Quality isemployed at every stage of production to ensure the productcompliance to the specifications/standards. Careful inspections arecarried out by highly trained inspection engineers as per thedefined procedures from raw material stage to finished product anddelivery. Prototype assembly of towers is carried out in theplant.
Galvanizing
Galvanizing is done according to international standards.Thegalvanising is in accordance with ISO 1459 and ISO 1461 and is notless that 600 g/square meter of steel surfance area.
